プライバシーポリシー
あめてん（以下「当方」）が提供する写真加工アプリ「Kakko」の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 写真・セリフ・作品のデータ
取り込んだ写真、撮影した写真、セリフ、加工設定、作品の情報を端末内に保存します。当方がこれらを受信・収集することはありません。アカウント登録は不要です。
取り込んだ写真はアプリ内にコピーし、写真ライブラリの元の写真は変更・削除しません。撮影はカメラの許可を得て行い、完成画像は書き出し操作で写真ライブラリに追加します。
3. 広告と購入の確認
広告には Google AdMob を使用します。Google が、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置、端末の識別子、広告の表示・操作、アプリの利用状況、クラッシュや性能に関する情報を、広告配信・分析・不正防止などのために収集・処理する場合があります。Kakko Pro の購入・復元には Apple App Store または Google Play を使用します。写真やセリフをこれらのサービスへ送信しません。
地域上必要な広告のプライバシー設定は、アプリのメニューから変更できます。購入・復元には各ストアのアカウントが使われます。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシー と Apple のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
4. 共有と OS のバックアップ
共有操作を行うと、選択したアプリやサービスへ完成画像が渡ります。共有先の情報の取り扱いは、そのサービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
作品のデータは OS のバックアップや端末間移行に含まれる場合があります。これらは OS の機能によるもので、当方がデータを受け取るものではありません。Android のクラウドバックアップには作品・写真を含めません。
5. データの削除
作品を削除するとアプリ内の作品データが削除されますが、書き出した画像は写真ライブラリに残ります。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のアプリデータが削除されます。OS のバックアップと共有先のデータは、それぞれのサービスの設定で管理してください。
6. お問い合わせでいただく情報
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合は、メールアドレスと本文・添付内容を、返信と問題調査のために利用します。対応に必要な期間保管し、不要になった情報は削除します。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
機能や情報の取り扱いに変更がある場合は、本ページの内容と更新日を更新します。ご質問は [email protected] へご連絡ください。
Privacy policy
This policy explains how ameten handles information in Kakko.
Photos, captions, and projects
Kakko processes and stores photos, captions, edit settings, and projects on your device. The operator does not receive or collect them. No account is required. Imported photos are copied into the app, while originals are not changed or deleted. Camera use requires permission; exporting adds finished images to your photo library.
Ads and purchase verification
Ads use Google AdMob. Google may collect and process approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device identifiers, ad views and interactions, app usage, and crash and performance data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Kakko Pro purchases and restoration use Apple App Store or Google Play. Photos and captions are not sent to these services. Where required, ad privacy choices can be changed from the app menu. Sharing and backups
Sharing passes finished images to the app or service you choose, whose privacy policy applies. OS backups and device transfers may include projects; Android cloud backups exclude projects and photos. The operator does not receive backup data.
Deletion
Deleting a project removes its app data, but exported images remain in your photo library. Uninstalling removes local app data. Manage backups and shared data through the relevant service.
Support enquiries
When you email us, we use your email address, message, and attachments to reply and investigate the issue. We retain them as needed for support and delete information when no longer needed. We do not disclose it to third parties without your consent except as required by law.
